3. Warranty

Repairs performed by Repair Dude may include a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair completed and does not extend to unrelated issues or future damage. Physical damage, liquid damage, and tampering void warranty coverage.

4. Parts & Components

Repair Dude may use high‑quality aftermarket, refurbished, or OEM‑equivalent parts depending on availability and customer preference. Part availability and pricing are subject to change.

5. Data & Privacy

Any personal information or device data accessed during service is handled with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing the repair. Repair Dude does not store, copy, or share customer data.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Refunds or re‑service requests are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and must fall within the terms of the repair warranty.

7. Mobile / On‑Site Services

For mobile repairs, customers must ensure a safe and accessible environment. Repair Dude reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a device, or receiving service from Repair Dude, you agree to all terms outlined in this Legal Notice and any additional policies provided at the time of service.
